At JAMES ORO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; therefore, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Securely place the frames, microfiber cloth, and hard case inside the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
